Both the entry and parking are controlled access. There are 9 guest parking spots and a two-car tandem assigned parking spots for owners.. The location could not be better. Easy walks to the ocean, to downtown Playa Del Rey and a quick short drive to LAX and all neighboring beach towns. The freeway access is direct, but, make no mistake, you are separated from the stress of the city when you can come home, relax and know there are some easy choices to put it all on hold and enjoy what you deserve.
